色差規定是對原料的要求，即對衣服面料的要求。根據有關標準對色差的規定，服裝的上衣領、袋面料、褲側縫是主要部位，色差高于四級，其他表面部位四級。

服裝產品的色差檢驗，其工具是借用“染色牢度褪色樣卡”。該樣卡是原紡織工業部制訂的標準之一。樣卡用五對灰色標樣組成，分為五個等級。五級代表褪色牢度好，色差等于零，四級一級代表褪色相對遞增的程度。

2、職業裝疵點

標準規定，每個獨立部位只允許有疵點一處。獨立部位是對衣片所劃分的區域，按衣片的主次部位，分1、2、3、4四個區域。每個部位就是衣片上的一個區域。

如上衣有兩個前片，每片胸部都屬1部位，每個部位就是一個獨立部位，兩個1部位就是兩個獨立部位。在胸部這個獨立部位中，既有衣片又有貼袋和袋蓋。
